Want to raise a Complaint or Grievance?

Any complaints or grievances we receive are taken very seriously and dealt with promptly, effectively and with the strictest
confidence by our dedicated ethics team, who can be contacted directly at ethics@bluehackleint.com.

Should you wish to raise a complaint or a grievance, you can fill in the form below or follow the guidance issued within our
online policies. You will receive notification from our ethics team to confirm that we have received your complaint or
grievance within 48 hours.

We hope you will feel comfortable to voice any concerns openly, however, you may make a disclosure anonymously. It is
important to note that concerns expressed anonymously cannot be dealt with as effectively as open disclosures as they are
often more difficult to investigate.
